Dr. Chickey grew up in South Florida. He graduated with honors from The University of Florida in Gainesville and Emory University School of Dentistry in Atlanta. After graduation he moved to Virgina Beach where he began working with other established dentists until starting his own practice. By the late 80’s his approach had evolved to providing care that in all phases would enhance the final aesthetic result.
In 2004 our practice moved to a physically smaller facility in order to allow more time with each individual client so that he could get to know that customer with the goal of providing treatment options specifically tailored to their needs. He also wanted to practice in a cheerful, friendly, comfortable, and up to date facility. Dr. Chickey is married to the lovely Terry Schueler and spends his spare time with their children, grandchildren, family and friends.
